Villedubert

Our village house at Villedubert is 6 miles from Carcassonne, close to the Canal du Midi. It is a haven of peace and offers :

4 good sized bedrooms - 3 doubles, 1 twin - one has a metal action sofabed. Baby package available (travel cot with linen, pushchair, high chair, dining chair attachment, loo trainer seat, toddler tables+ chairs & crockery).
A spacious lounge with log-burning fire, and patio doors leading onto the terrace.
A spacious well-equipped kitchen with large dining table, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and storage space
A first floor bathroom and downstairs shower room & wc.
A private walled rear garden with splash pool & vine-clad pergola.
Gas central heating & double glazing.
A terrace with Rose of Judea tree (deep pink blossoms in April/May – perfect for shade), Built-in BBQ and garden furniture.
Friendly neighbours (French, English, Swiss).
A garage and bike hire.
Bed linen provided (pillow, sheet & duvet with cover)
Please respect this as a non-smoking house.
There’s a bread van every morning for fresh baguettes and croissants (listen for the klaxon at 8.30 am).

Booking Rental Details:

The maximum number to reside in the property must not exceed eight without prior agreement with the owners. Weekly rentals include bed linen, gas & electricity.

Bookings run from 4.00pm on the arrival day to 10.00am on the departure day (unless otherwise arranged) and should be confirmed in writing with a non-refundable deposit of 20% before the reservation is finally accepted. The balance and security deposit must be paid 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday date.

A security deposit of €200 is to be paid with the balance of the rent. This will be returned by post after your departure, less any damage, loss, breakages or cleaning costs incurred. Please read our booking conditions before completing the booking form.
