Note: It is essential to take out your own holiday insurance.  The EHIC has replaced the old E111. From 1st January 2006, E111's are no longer valid. The quickest and easiest way to get an EHIC (European Health Insurance Card), is to apply online. You can access this from the link  www.dh.gov.uk/travellers, request one by calling 0845 6062030, or get a form from the Post Office.

Discounts are available for repeat bookings, recommendees and longer term bookings (3 weeks or more). Special rates for house hunters - information and advice readily available."

Booking Rental Details:

The maximum number to reside in the property must not exceed the stated number without prior agreement with the owners. Weekly rentals include bed linen, gas & electricity. Electric heating charges are included for winter lets. Logs are not included.

Bookings run from 4.00pm on the arrival day to 10.00am on the departure day (unless otherwise arranged) and should be confirmed in writing with a non-refundable deposit of 20% before the reservation is finally accepted. The balance and security deposit (see below) must be paid 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday date.

The security deposit of €200 (paid with the balance of the rental) will be returned by post after your departure, less any damage, loss, breakages or cleaning costs incurred.

Towels - 1 bath & 1 hand for indoor use can be provided on request - €7 per person per week
